When my friend, “The Librarian”, called me late at night, I wouldn’t pick up. He would leave some weird and funny messages, which just made me never pick up, so I could see what interesting samples I could get.
The samples from this first song were from messages left last October that were Halloween related. This seemed like the best opening song for my mix. My favorite part is when The Librarian says, “Everything tastes like pumpkin.” As I was walking through the store the other day, I was reminded of this as everything has a pumpkin flavor now.
At the end of Halloween season, I might upload a couple of other songs that I created from his messages.
